Returns & Cancellations

If you would like to return or exchange a blank item or if your customized product has flaws or defects in workmanship, please notify our customer service department and we will provide a return authorization code. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Blank items may be returned up to 30 days after receipt of the item at no cost. We will not provide a refund or exchange items that have been customized to your specifications unless there is a product flaw or defect. Please carefully check the order details you provide to us.

All orders are made-to-order and require us to order product from our suppliers. Once an order is customized there are no cancellations. All cancellations must be done in writing via email or fax and there is a 15% restocking fee for the garments. In the unlikely event that a product is backordered and cannot be delivered on time we will contact you immediately via email. Due to dye lot variances, some shading differences may occur on occasion beyond our control.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a money back, satisfaction guarantee for blank items (less shipping) for orders returned to us within 30 days of receipt. All custom products are made-to-order. Gamewearnow does offer a limited guarantee for custom products because we care about your satisfaction. If your product has defects in workmanship or differs from the details you provided, we will fix it for free. Please note that once an item gets customized we cannot reuse or resell it.
