GameWearNow has sold jerseys over the web since 1999. Our goal is to
deliver you jerseys in about a week.
We also know that sometimes you don't have a week. At
GameWearNow, we will do our best to meet your schedule, even if it
means getting you a jersey overnight.

everything possible to get your jerseys to you when you need them.
Other companies require minimum orders...not GameWearNow.
Of course, GameWearnNow offers quantity discounts for team orders.
We can fill your order no matter how large it might be...we've been

Do
you provide step-by-step instructions?
Yes. We understand that, although ordering custom jerseys over the
internet is convenient, it can be a confusing
process. We've worked hard to streamline our order process and
we hope this section answers any questions that you may have.
Please feel free to explore the site. If you fear that you've
unintentionally placed an order, don't worry. Just

and we'll cancel your order with no charge to you.
Here are the steps to placing an order:
1) From the left column, click on the type of jerseys (basketball,
football, softball/baseball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, basic
gear) you wish to view.
2) Once you click on a sport, you will be directed to a page that
displays the jersey options. Click on the garment you wish to view.
3) The next link is to a page where you can customize your jersey.
Choose from the various lettering options (or order one without
lettering). From this page, you will also pick the size,
color, and quantity of jerseys you wish to order. When you've
finished customizing, click on the
button.
It's that easy.
Once jerseys are in your shopping cart, you can click
to complete your order, click on the shopping cart icon to view your
cart, or simply click on the sport of your choosing to continue
shopping.
On the checkout screen, be sure to note the expected date of
shipment at the top of the page, as well as the wizard at the bottom
of the page that allows you to view prices of various shipping
options and ultimately choose the one that fits your schedule and
budget.
When you are satisfied with your order, click on
again and you will be transferred to a secure sever so that you can
safely enter your personal information.
At this point, returning customers have the opportunity to type in
their username/password to automatically fill in shipping/billing
information. Verify your shipping choice and choose whether
you will be sending payment information online, or via phone/fax.
You can also include special instructions (e.g., I need these by
next Tuesday). Upon completion, click on

On the next screen you will enter you should review the details of
your order and enter your credit card information. Click on
to complete the order process.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmatory
e-mail message. A valid order has not been placed unless you
receive e-mail confirmation.
If you have chosen to use a custom logo, you should
e-mail us a .gif
or .jpeg version of it so that we can process your order as quickly
as possible.
When we ship your order, you will receive another e-mail message
with the UPS tracking number.

Can I use my custom logo?
Yes. Though we offer several lettering selections, we are
happy to use your custom logo. There is a
one-time set-up fee of $35. Be sure to

us a .gif or .jpeg image your logo after you place your order.

How is the lettering applied?
Lettering is typically applied via heat press. We have been
lettering jerseys for decades. We know what we are doing and
are confident that your lettering will remain in
tact wash after wash after wash.

Do you ship to APO, PPO and FPO addresses?
Yes. We are happy to ship to APO, PPO FPO addresses. We are
proud of the number of orders we receive from
those serving in the armed forces. We ship these orders
via USPS International.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship outside the United States. We ship via USPS
International. Often we call customers to confirm international
orders and invite international customers to Skype or
e-mail us in
order to confirm their purchases. Customers are responsible
for all duties and fees.

Do you offer discounts
for large orders?
We offer quantity discounts, as you can see when you view each
jersey. However, if you have
an especially large or complex order, please call or
e-mail us and
we can provide you a quote for your specific needs.

How soon will I receive my jerseys?
Our goal is to ship every order as soon
as possible. Please understand that the TIME and DAY that you place
your order impacts shipping time. We ship from Indiana, and cannot
letter jerseys all day and night--though we keep long hours. For
example, if you place an order at midnight on Saturday night, we will not be
able to process it until Monday.
When you place your order, an estimated shipping date will be
displayed. Also, you can enter your zip code in order to
compare prices of our various shipping options. Compare the
shipping date to your own deadline and budget to choose the best
shipping option for you. We understand that special
circumstances arise and encourage you to Contact Us and we will do
our best to take care of your unique situation, even if it means
getting a jersey to you tomorrow.
After you've placed an order, you can log on
to your account and check the order
status.
The most common shipping choice is UPS Ground, but we offer the

The map below illustrates the number of
BUSINESS days* necessary to ship an order using the UPS Ground
option. Remember, your order may not be shipped the
day it is placed -- add 1-2 business days to allow us to create your
custom jerseys when estimating the date of delivery.
Here's
an example. An order shipped to New York City (dark green)
will take 3 business days to arrive if UPS Ground is selected, and
order to San Francisco, CA (dark red) will be received 4 business
days after it is shipped.
Said another way, if you live in New York City and place an order
for jerseys on Monday morning to be shipped via UPS Ground, we will
letter the jerseys, ship them by Wednesday and you would receive
them the following Monday.

Should you need your jerseys sooner, choose one of the expedited
shipping methods.
When completing your order, please
DOUBLE CHECK that your BILLING address matches the actual CREDIT CARD
billing address, or else your order WILL BE DELAYED.

Can I change my order once its been placed?
Until your order has been customized, you are welcome to
call or
e-mail us and change the order. Of course, given that
our goal is to send your order as soon as
possible, please e-mail us as soon as possible so that we can make
the change. Please call our toll-free number (877) 796-6639 or

Once your order is lettered to your specifications, changes cannot
be made.

How do I check my order status?
When you place your order, you will receive an estimated shipping
date. We strive to ship your order at least by that
date. If there is an issue with
completing your order, we will contact you immediately and find a
solution.
Please double-check the lettering, shipping and billing information
you provide as errors may cause delays.
When we ship your order you will receive an e-mail from us with a
tracking number.
Log on to your account anytime to check
the status.

What size of jersey do I need?
Sizing for jerseys is generally based on chest
size.
To measure your chest, relax your arms at your sides and measure
around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the measuring tape
level and parallel to the floor around your entire body.
If you would like more information regarding the measurements of a
particular garment, click on one of the links below.
*Although the above size ranges are accurate, please choose the
LARGER size if you are unsure. Fit may vary due to
manufacturer or type of garment. For example, the dazzle
basketball jerseys are "pro-cut",
meaning they are cut to fit loose.

We feature brands such as Russell Athletic (jerseys and t-shirts),

Yes. We order direct from our Manufacturers. In some cases we have
had relationships with them for 40+years. Sports Spot, our parent

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we guarantee our work. As much as we try to do everything
possible to avoid them, we do make mistakes. If a jersey has
not been lettered to your specifications, just call us and we will
send you another jersey as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with you order just call us, we will not
stop until you are satisfied.
